Common Problems......
* muscular dehydration
* muscular malnutrition
* muscular fatigue/exhaustion
* poor oxygenisation
* increase build up of toxic waste (lactic acid)
These are problems that we as Sports Massage Practitioners see very regularly. (All conditions are assessed and referred where necessary to exclude any medical complications).
The muscles produce waste products after utilising nutrients..... water and oxygen for the production of energy via the energy system to create stimulation for a chemical reaction to activate muscular contraction.
This section of the link will demonstrate some of the commonly reported signs and symptoms brought to our attention and with the use of sports massage helped to reduce and in many cases alleviate them.
