‘ADVENTURE WALKS’

Lasting from 2 - 4 hours, by arrangement can be planned to be longer if required.

For those who have a NWUK competency card

‘PICNICS IN THE PARK’

All Nordic Walkers who have qualified with Muscular Therapy will receive a personal invitation to attend one of our ‘Picnics in the Park’

Held 3 times per year, spring, summer and winter, these four hour sessions give you a chance to meet new and old friends, discuss walks, have friendly competitions and as well as poling in gear three for a two hour adventure walk.....finish in a local wine bar!

TIMETABLE

1000  MEET IN CAFE @ BARRIER POINT PARK...

1000 –1100.................. FUN IN THE PARK WITH NORDIC DEMO AND COMPETITIONS

1100 1200 ....................SHARE OUT THE PICNIC FOOD!

1200 - 1500 ..................ADVENTURE WALK

1500 ONWARDS..............SO! WINE BAR

Locations will be rotated between Peckham and Battersea as demand dictates.

CORPORATE

Corporate events are held in Barrier Point park, the 4-6 hour session is designed to encourage team building, leadership, planning, morale and motivation. We will work with you in the course programme so that you fully achieve your group goals.

At the end of the course every member of your team will be competent, qualified and a member of NWUK.
